Seishuku Fukugen's Voice Bank
People can now download Seishuku Fukugen's voice bank from his section under "Negaloids". He has all the sounds that can be found here (excluding "vu").
The "fu" in his voice bank is funny sounding, so it will have to be fixed at a later date. He also seems to be missing "di".
